Andrew Barberi is a social worker by profession and has been working in the social area for two decades. His experience is predominantly in drug rehabilitation and therapeutic residential care for children. He has been employed with Richmond for close to 18 years, and is currently the manager of the Learning and Development team which delivers training and workshops to society at large.

Andrew enjoys nothing more than delivering to an audience – be it training on mental health during the day or singing as one of his many pastimes. He is married to Diandra and has two children, Pia aged 7, and Ganni aged 1.
