Julian has worked as family court mediator with the Family Court in Malta since for 14 years. He hold a Master in Business Administration from Brunel University and Diploma in Business Management from Brunel University.

Since 1999 he has dedicated part of his life doing voluntary work together with his wife Joanna preparing couples for Marriage. In 2012 they set up the foundation to reach out and help others build strong relationships.
