Who is Learner Dad For?
Learner Dad is for any dad, expectant dad, experienced dad, new dad, grieving dad who wants to self-improve their parenting role and the relationships they have with their partners, children and community.
DO I have to be married to join Learner Dad?
NO you don’t. IF you are a dad, then Learner Dad will welcome you with arms wide open. That’s all that matters to Learner Dad.
Do you have to be in a heterosexual relationship to join Learner Dad?
No. If you are a Dad, then our community is also yours.
Does the child have to be my birth child to be able to join Learner Dad?
No. Whether you are the father of your own birthchild, an adopted child, or a fostered child, Learner Dad is lucky to have you.
What types of membership options are there to join?
There are 2 types. The first is a free membership that you can sign-up for and cancel whenever you want. The second type is a paid subscription you can pay for on a monthly or annual basis. The monthly subscription is not refundable and can be cancelled at any time. The annual subscription is paid once on signing-up and can only be terminated via request after the first six months of the subscription have elapsed. The remaining balance will be refunded pro-rata, excluding any taxes and admin fees related to the subscription.
How does the Community protect privacy?
Privacy and confidentiality is protected via the members agreeing to adhere to the Community’s Privacy and confidentiality terms and conditions. Any known breaches of these will result in Learner Dad expelling the member in breach.
What is the minimum age to join Learner Dad?
Members need to be over 18 to independently join and participate in the Learner Dad Community.
Are women allowed to become a member of Learner Dad?
While the Learner Dad Community will benefit from the expertise and insights of many female experts in the various discussion forums and events, the Learner Dad Community is for men only, whether born a male or has undergone treatment / surgery to be recognised as a male.
What should I expect from the Learner Dad Community?
You should expect the community to provide insight to your parenting concerns or issues, while also challenge your way of thinking about being a parent, with the intent to allow you to enjoy being a father more.
What is expected from me as a member of the Learner Dad Community?
We expect every member to be open to discuss some tough issues, but also share valuable insights that can contribute to developing a well-resourced community of dads to be better dads. We Expect each member to contribute as much as they learn, and be willing to share their knowledge and experiences for the beneftis of all the Community, as well as their own.
